Where can I find a sizeguide?

Check out our size chart here! Do you have a half size? If so, we recommend rounding up. Toecaps are not flexible, so you will quickly get sore toes if your shoes are too small.

Which safety class should I go with?

In some professions, certain safety classes are mandatory. You should therefore always ask your employer which safety class is required, or check which requirements apply in your industry. Can't figure it out? You can always contact us!

How do I know if the shoes are suitable for my line of work?

You can use our Shoe Finder to see which safety shoe best suits your work situation. Or, use our filters to find the perfect shoe for you.

Does Redbrick offer wider sizes?

Unfortunately, Redbrick doesn't offer width sizes. You can use our size chart to find the right size for you.

Is my shoe waterproof?

Whether a shoe is waterproof depends on its safety class. S3 shoes are water-repellent for at least 60 minutes, meaning they protect against splashing. But in a truly wet environment, this may sometimes not be enough. You will then need shoes with a waterproof membrane, like our Hydratec safety sneakers. We also offer S1P shoes. These aren't waterproof, but they are made with lightweight, breathable materials. Perfect for dry indoor jobs!

Do you have safety shoes for women?

We sure do! Have you checked out our Ladies Line? These shoes are specially designed for a woman's foot and are therefore narrower than regular safety shoes. Find out more here!

Which shoe is best for my line of work?

Do you charge shipping costs?

If the order value is over €50 (including VAT), you don't have to pay shipping costs. Isn't that nice?

Where can I find my VAT receipt?

We will send your invoice to the e-mail address specified by you. Additionally, you can find all your invoices in your account. Still can't find it? Feel free to ask one of our colleagues for help.

How can I change my billing address?

You can change your billing address under the payment method in the checkout process. Simply untick the box "billing and shipping address is the same".

How will my order be shipped?

We will ship your parcel with DHL. The DHL GoGreen programme allows us to offset emissions immediately. Super sustainable!

Where is my order?

Once your parcel hits the road, DHL will send you a Track & Trace code. This will allow you to see exactly where your parcel is and what the expected delivery time is. Did you not receive a Track & Trace code? Please contact us via LiveChat and we will be happy to help you. Don't forget to mention your order number and e-mail address!

Can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your order. You can, however, return the order (free of charge) and re-order the correct size.

How do I return my order?

Not quite satisfied? You can return your order up to 21 days after receipt. Find out how over here.

When will I receive my refund?

After receiving your return, we will process it as quickly as we can. As soon as your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and the purchase price will be refunded within two weeks. This is an automatic process and cannot be accelerated.

What is the warranty period?

If your safety shoes were bought through our webshop, we maintain a warranty period of three months. Did you buy the shoes somewhere else? In that case, the warranty is handled by that point of sale. We recommend that you return to the point of sale with your complaint, they will be able to help you with the matter.
