Returns

Not the right size after all? Or are the shoes not quite what you expected? That's too bad, but you can always return an item for free within 21 days of receipt. Here's how to do it:

1. Complete the enclosed return form and pack the item in a sturdy box.
2. Stick the enclosed DHL shipping label on the outside of the box.
3. Drop off your parcel at the nearest DHL Parcel Shop or DHL Parcel Station.

Please note:

• The item must be in its original condition with the original packaging and tags attached
• Returns may only be made if the product is unused and undamaged
• Any discounts applied at the time of purchase will expire upon returning the product
• Shoe boxes may not have any stickers or writing on them upon return

After receiving your return, we will process it as quickly as we can. As soon as your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and the purchase price will be refunded within two weeks. 

Exchanges
Please note! It's not possible to exchange an order through our webshop. Please return your products according to the return procedure and place a new order.
